Happy New Year 2015
with Green Noodle, this is one of my resolution for year 2015, yeayy…I could make noodle by myself…hehehe..
First step, make green colour from vegetables “Choi Syim” ( maybe you could call it “Cabbage” ) pour a little water ( 50 gram ) to smooth blender for 2 minutes.
Recipe for noodle :
- 50 gram vegetable pure
- 500 gram flour ( Cakra Kembar )
- 3 eggs
- 60 ml water
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil ( Tropical )
- 1 tablespoon salt
mixed all together until it corporated
for topping : chicken fillet & mushroom
My family like this noodles, they eat up only in 5 minutes, compare 3 hours my preparation….lol…
